We make the process simple

Getting a piece of jewellery valued with VCA is a straightforward process.
We’ve outlined the steps below and can answer any further questions.

  1. Appointment

    There are various methods in which you can contact us to book an appointment – you’ll find them all here.

  2. Drop off

    You have the option to visit us in the office for a same day service or alternatively post your items by secure mail or courier.

  3. Assessment

    We’ll develop a comprehensive itemised valuation complete with photographic representation of each item.

  4. Collection

    You’ll be able to collect your items, valuation certificates and presentations in person, by secure mail or by courier.

  5. Insurance

    We can arrange a 12-month insurance policy effective immediately, with your premium determined during valuation.
